Community Healthcare Center of Yanshan Dongfeng Street is affiliated Beijing Yanhua Hospital, located in Building No. 31, Dongfeng Beili, Yanshan Dongfeng Street, which has six community health service stations and three clinic departments to provide basic medical treatment and basic public health services to 13 neighborhood committees and around 42,000 people in Yanshan area. Furthermore, it also provide “Four Ones” services, that is one health record, one agreement, one contact card, one short message / WeChat) for residents who signed the family doctor, and provide long prescriptions for patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease and stroke.

Currently, there are 88 medical personnel (28 doctors, 44 nurses, 11 technicians, 3 managers and 2 logistics personnel), including 47 with intermediate professional titles and 33 with primary professional titles. The medical technicians in this Center account for 94.3% of the total medical technicians in the whole community. Most medical staff come from the clinical departments of Beijing Yanhua Hospital and have obtained the qualification certificates of general practitioners and community nurses.
